    New seasonal dishes and Shanghai-style mooncakes This past April, I went to Old Bailey for the first time and had a great experience. I’ve been dreaming of the Lion’s Head, Smoked Pigeon, and both the Village-style Handkerchief and Hairy Crab Roe Noodles ever since.     Contemporary Jiangnan food in Hong Kong’s newest arts centre In Hong Kong, spacious public spaces are hard to come by. This is especially true in Central where even finding a spare bench is difficult. So I was surprised and extremely excited when the Tai Kwun Centre for Heritage and Arts opened last year.
